Provincial Court - Manitoba Courts
Counsel are required to file a Designation of Counsel Form or a trial slip/acknowledgement signed by the accused when a date is set for preliminary hearing or trial. As of Monday, January 19, 2015 the Court will accept these forms filed on matters appearing in the Provincial Court in Winnipeg by email at ptcwinnipeg@gov.mb.ca. The forms may still be filed in person in Court or at the main counter (100D) at the Law Courts Building.
