The Provincial Court is now publishing available court dates on the website. Counsel wishing to book multiday trials or preliminary inquiries, case management conferences and special sittings for bail or sentencing hearings in the Provincial Court in Winnipeg may now access available dates directly from the Manitoba Courts website. All dates booked from the website continue to be subject to confirmation by the Trial Coordinators and must be agreed to by both parties.
