On Friday December 10, 2021, Justice J. Edmond heard submissions of parties on the merits of the Motion filed by Ms. Glover. Evidence had been submitted in the form of Affidavits, in advance and on November 29th and 30th, cross examination of the affiants took place in open court. December 10th was final submissions. Justice Edmond reserved his decision at he end of the proceeding. Cameras were present in the courtroom for submissions and the video recording can be viewed at the link below.
