On February 24, 2016, we announced that, pending the completion of the renovations to the space designated for the relocation of the St. Boniface court facility, all matters previously scheduled there would be heard at 408 York Avenue in Winnipeg. Fortunately, the interruption of court hearings at the St. Boniface facility was short-lived. We are pleased to announce that sittings of the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Manitoba at the St. Boniface Judicial Centre will resume commencing:
We were fortunate to be able to continue with court administrative services in French at the St. Boniface Judicial Centre, during the renovation period and we are pleased that the renovations were completed on a relatively timely basis, so as to now be able to resume court hearing service.
