Chambers Motions date - change from Thursday Oct 13 to Wednesday October 12th

NOTICE

The Court of Appeal will hear its chambers motions on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. instead of the usual Thursday list.  Any notice of motion set for hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 must be filed and served along with any material in support, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2022 unless short leave is requested. 

These timelines do not apply to motions from Judicial Interim Release for which one clear day’s notice is required.
