The Manitoba Courts wish to note with sadness the passing of the Honourable Murray Sinclair who served as a judge on both the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Manitoba. His contributions to the administration of justice, as with his national contributions to the journey of reconciliation, were monumental. While performing his judicial duties on a local level he touched the lives of individual litigants in concrete ways that will leave a long-lasting legacy.
