NOTICE
The Court of Appeal will hear its chambers motions on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. instead of the usual Thursday list. Any notice of motion set for hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 must be filed and served along with any material in support, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026 unless short leave is requested.
These timelines do not apply to motions from Judicial Interim Release for which one clear day’s notice is required.
