Court of King's Bench COVID-19 Notices and Practice Directions

Statement from the Court - In light of the COVID-19 social distancing requirements, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench Registry is operating with significantly reduced staff members. As such, we ask that counsel and parties refrain from filing any non-essential court documents.  While it is the decision of counsel and parties as to what constitutes an essential document, obvious examples are those documents that must be filed because of an applicable limitation date or documents that are required for an upcoming court hearing.  We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this approach.

Judgments and Endorsements - During the COVID-10 public health crisis all QB Judgments and Endorsements will be released electronically
