Court of King's Bench - Manitoba Courts
Court of King's Bench Rule 70 applies to all family proceedings. Rule 70 is a comprehensive and specialized rule that provides a roadmap for how family law cases are to be conducted, both under federal and provincial legislation. Rule 70 also includes the various forms required to commence and carry out a court action in the family division.
